The Prediction League scores as follows:

You predict the OWLS score, OPPOSITION score and the FIRST OWLS scorer. You will also get a point for predicting the correct result in terms of a win, a loss or a draw. The point scoring is as follows:

Correct Owls score = 1 point
Correct Opposition score = 1 point
Correct First Owls scorer = 3 points (If you predict no Owl will score, you must predict the first opposition scorer)
Correct Result = 1 point (win, draw, loss)
Totally correct goalless prediction = 7 points (correct Owls score = 0, correct Opposition score = 0, correct Owls scorer = none).
Totally correct prediction featuring goals = 8 points

This system is designed to prevent continous 0-0 predictions.

So, a typical prediction will read 'Owls 2-0 Pigs, Owls First Scorer Owusu'.
